Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Laura Harris is an educator, computational researcher, and consultant whose work connects analytics, bioinformatics, quality systems, and applied technical training. She leads HAI's strategy, education programs, consulting work, and computational biology initiatives.
Her work emphasizes practical translation: helping learners and organizations move from complex technical information to usable workflows, clear documentation, reproducible analysis, and evidence-based decisions.

Rob Harris
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Rob Harris leads HAI's technology development work, including device concepts, product development, and applied technical systems. His current work includes the ESD Risk Alert Device and future programmable beacon concepts.
As Chief Technology Officer, Rob focuses on turning practical technical problems into usable devices and systems that support safety, training, communication, and quality-aware implementation.
